Broccoli, carrot, garden tomatoes, cheese quiche and mini quiches

I used this dough recipe.  I used this quiche filling recipe and I altered it a bit by adding carrots, and left out chives.  This was a ton of fun.  Yes, time consuming, but I enjoyed the process.  Each step was simple. The only problem I ran into was when I was prebaking the crust, instead of using baking beans, I used rice, and then ended up spending what felt like an hour picking each rice grain out of the par baked crust.  The lesson: Don’t use rice for “baking beans”.  Anyway, I also customised some mini quiches with my muffin pan. I love how with quiche, you can make different combinations (for picky eaters) while using the same egg mixture base.  All in all, I think it’s best to pre make the dough. That will help speed it up. The rest is simple and quick. I made some mini quiches with just the egg mixture/cheese/cream/spices, and then I made some with broccoli/carrots for those in my home who can’t have tomatoes. Easy Vegetarian White Sauce Pasta

🌟Fam favorite🌟 Ingredients: Sea Salt for better flavor(but use any salt) Fusilli/or any pasta. 1-2 Cups Frozen vegetables. 1 Onion 3 Garlic cloves 3 tbs Butter 3 tbs all purpose flour 1-2 cups Milk 3 tablespoons Cream cheese 1-2 cups of freshly grated **cheddar cheese mild/medium  or mature. **Could also use a gruyere and cheddar mix. Yum.  Feel free to personalise with your favorite cheese.  But I used mild cheddar.  I wouldn’t add mozzarella bc the consistency is different. Spices: 1/2 teaspoon Oregano Pinch of Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon Chili powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric Pasta: •Fusilli pasta boiled with 3 tablespoons of sea salt and oil (to keep from sticking) Make sure water is salty. Cook until al dente.  Drain out water and then keep back in pot.  Add butter to keep from swelling while it’s waiting. Veg: •in Dutch oven pan or skillet, on low, add cooking oil,  when warm, add diced onions. Sautee on low medium, and when onions turn translucent, add some salt.  Then raise heat to
